I’m taller than you!
Jett swung by today (hah) and Sol drug him outside… “an wingme. an wingme. an wingme…” he kept repeating, pulling Jett’s hand until Jett followed him to the swing. Sol always gets what he wants! Jett’s bruises didn’t last more than a week.
Sol loves to swing. We went to shoot Ash’s senior photos today and Sol got a few swings in while we were doing it.
We had a great time on vacation in the Dunes. The photo above is Chicago with the sun setting behind it… The Thomas family came out with us for a few days. It was a blast. We can’t wait until next summer to return!
Patio Lights
Chris Adams added some awesome copper lighting to our patio so we stop tripping around in the dark. I get credit for putting the lights in the fountain, though. (No tools required. I, um, opened the box and, well, dropped the lights in the water.)
We went to a steakhouse with Chris and Jen Adams to celebrate Chris and my birthdays. Chris, Jen, and I all ordered the special 7-oz fillet–but you can see that wasn’t enough for Shel.
Jen’s hand is in the photo, holding her 7-oz steak. Shel’s was… well… larger.
